Shipping Update
Delivery timelines may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including customs processing, carrier delays, or high order volume during peak periods. We work closely with our shipping partners to ensure your order reaches you as safely and efficiently as possible. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to follow the progress of your shipment.
At Balchaud, we care deeply about our customers, and we work continuously to improve our delivery process so you can start enjoying your products as soon as possible.
All products ordered on www.balchaud.com are picked and carefully packed at our facility in Romania and shipped worldwide. We are always looking at ways to expand our delivery coverage. If your country is not yet part of our shipping list, please sign up to our newsletter to receive updates.
Order Status
Once you place an order, you will automatically receive a confirmation email containing your order number and purchase details.
Our team will pick and pack your order and hand the parcel to one of our shipping partners, for delivery to your chosen address. At this point, you will automatically receive an email containing your tracking number.
Please note that order status may take up to 48 hours to update after your order has been placed, and up to 72 hours during weekends. During national and religious holidays, please allow for additional delay.
Delivery Times
We ship all orders from our facility in Romania. Delivery times are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order and commence from the date of shipping. Delivery times shown below are estimated; actual delivery times will depend on the shipping address and may be delayed by local customs control procedures.

Delivery Zones
www.balchaud.com ships to a selection of countries worldwide. You can select your country in the “Select Country” menu on the home page.
We are continuously working to add more countries to our shipping zones, so if you cannot find your country, please check our website regularly and subscribe to our newsletter to be informed of upcoming changes.
Due to international regulations on the shipment of certain goods, we may be unable to ship to specific countries. Any such restrictions will be indicated at checkout.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (For Non-EU Customers)
For deliveries within the European Union: Because we ship from Romania (an EU member state), orders shipped to destinations within the EU will not be subject to customs duties or import taxes until further changes.Â
For deliveries outside the European Union: Balchaud does not cover, prepay, or handle any customs duties, import taxes, or local customs fees, that may be applied by the destination country. All international shipments outside the EU are sent on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.Â
Any customs charges, import duties, or taxes assessed by your local customs authority are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the carrier or customs office upon arrival. Refusal to pay these fees may result in your shipment being returned to us, and any associated return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
